Thursdays 6:45pm-7:30pm [ April 29 - May 27 ]
My aspiration to become a professional dancer and a studio teacher began at the age of 4 when I was enrolled in my first dance class. After spending 14 years studying various styles of dance such as ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and modern in different studios, my involvement with hip hop dance grew immensely. I was a member of the Midlothian High School Trojannettes for 4 years and held the title of captain my senior year. At James Madison University, I was a member of a student run Hip Hop club called “Mozaic.” On this team, we competed around the DMV area against other college teams. While I finish my education, I hope to join the Gold Rush dance team and minor in dance at VCU. Hip Hop has a special place in my heart and I love to share my passion with young dancers through teaching!
